It's all about what you know...and knowing what you don't.  We don't pretend to have all the answers about everything.  To paraphrase Liam Neeson, what we do have is a special set of skills, relationships, and comprehensive understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry, and we will not stop until everyone that matters, from media to guests to potential guests, knows exactly what you want them to know.

Our Story

After 15 years of working with chefs and restaurants, hotels, wines, and spirits, it was time to start an agency that is truly focused on all things hospitality.  It's what we know and love, and we work with some of the most acclaimed culinary and beverage leaders in the world, from Michelin-starred to James Beard-Awarded to Food & Wine Best New Chefs, and Bon Appetit Hot Tables.  Basically, we live to eat and drink.
